Breathing is mostly an unconscious act, and yet it plays a major role in how you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally. The breath is constant and, at the same time changes depending on what is going on in our life. To become conscious of the breath allows you to use it as a tool to shift back into your most empowered state of being. When you tune your awareness to the breath the mind and body follow, releasing old narratives and fears of the mind, dissolving tension in the body, and gaining a greater sense of embodiment. When there is uncertainty, change, or chaos of daily life, turn towards the breath. by focusing on the breath you find a constant rhythm that connects you to your mind, body, and heart.
