Guided deep rest meditation through all the layers of the self to help you cultivate presence and calm the mind.

  • The chit-chatter of the mind is never-ending. The mind can get caught up in certain stories or narratives. It can feel scattered or stuck in to-do lists and planning. You want to be present, but it can be difficult to stay tuned in. Cultivating presence can help train the mind to remain in present moment awareness.
  • Move through the different layers of the self – 5 senses, physical body, breath, the mind, and the emotional body.
  • You may notice your mind wandering away throughout practice as this is simply the function of the mind, to think. All you have to do is become aware and welcome the mind back to the present moment over and over again.
