The breath is your gateway into the vast presence that holds all of life. In this practice, you’ll be gently guided to regulate and soothe your breath, followed by a period of resting in breath awareness. This shift from doing to being allows the mind to settle and the body to feel supported by something deeper and more expansive than thought.

You may choose to rest on your back or sit comfortably, whatever feels most nourishing in this moment.
