Yoga Nidra Workshop
Release into the deepest rest, relaxation and tranquility in the simple yet powerful practice of Yoga Nidra. In this workshop we will calm the nervous system through breathing practices, relax the body through light movement, and rest in one of the deepest possible states of relaxation. The practice revitalizes and restores the body and mind, helps normalize irregular sleep patterns, reduces stress and anxiety, improves memory, nurtures the nervous system, and increases overall wellbeing. After breathing exercises and light movement, you will rest comfortably on the floor supported by props provided and guided through a yoga nidra session. You will leave with breath practices and a recording of the yoga nidra meditation to use at home. This powerful yet simple practice is accessible to everyone.
